Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on Makeitsoundiconic.

Returns Window

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn/unused, with tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at makeitsoundiconic@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for certain categories, including (but not limited to):

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Perishable goods

Final-sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
